Reload a Budget Card
Log in to the Parking Portal with your CampusID and password. Click Permits > Get Permits > Next. Choose the deposit amount below you wish to add onto your budget card. After reading the permit agreement, click Next. Your chosen amount will be added to your cart. Follow the instructions to check out.

Reload a MARTA Card
Log in to the Parking Portal with your CampusID and password. Click Permits > Get Permits > Next. Choose the MARTA Breeze card you wish to reload. After reading the permit agreement, click Next. Your chosen amount will be added to your cart. Follow the instructions to check out.
To renew your Breeze card for the following month at the university discounted rate, purchase is required to be made between the 1st and 15th of the current month.
Pay or Appeal a Citation
Log in to the Parking Portal with your CampusID and password. Click Citations. You can then view and pay your outstanding citations. If you don’t have a CampusID, visit the Parking & Transportation office located at 66 Courtland St. SE, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30303.
To appeal a citation, fill out the Citation Appeal Form.
Replace a Damaged, Lost or Stolen Permit
If you need to replace a damaged, lost or stolen permit, click here to pay the $25 replacement fee. You will then be contacted by a Parking & Transportation specialist to arrange pick up or mailing of your new permit.
There is no charge if a lost permit request is accompanied with a police report.
Charge an Electric Vehicle
Georgia State University’s EV stations are supported by ChargePoint, the largest and most open EV charging network in the world. Conveniently located in G Deck (Collins St. entrance), M Deck (Courtland St. and lower entrance) and W Lot, the ChargePoint charging rate is just $1 per hour for the first four hours and $5 for each additional hour. ChargePoint also conveniently allows EV drivers to check charging station availability on campus in real time at chargepoint.com, which helps reduce traffic congestion.
Note: All vehicles must be actively charging in order to occupy an EV space. Violators will be ticketed and subject to fines.
To use the charging stations on campus, EV drivers should register to receive a ChargePoint card by visiting chargepoint.com. While a guest at Centennial Hall or the Alumni Center, the charging station at W Lot is an available option. Georgia State faculty and staff with payroll deduction permits and students with semester permits are allowed to enter G and M Deck with valid ChargePoint cards.
Register a Vehicle
Log in to the Parking Portal with your CampusID and password. Click Vehicles. It will take you to the page Manage Your Account Vehicles. There you can add or update your vehicle information.
