
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
- Social distancing is strongly encouraged, and face masks are required to ride the Panther Express buses.
- All vehicle registrations, parking permits and MARTA cards will be distributed via USPS. A representative will be in the Campus Services office Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. to assist with parking-related issues. All customers are required to wear face masks when entering the office.
- Due to COVID-19 concerns, cash will not be accepted as method of payment.

While you can certainly receive a refund, please be aware of the following:
- A budget card is a non-expiring permit and can be used as long as you attend classes at Georgia State University.
- If you will be returning for the summer, fall or even spring semesters, the balance on your budget card will still be active and can be used when you return. Just tap to enter and exit.
If you are a graduating senior (Congratulations!), will not be returning to Georgia State or simply have decided you would like a refund, please do the following:
- Complete and mail the attached Refund Request Form.
- Mail a copy of your PantherCard (or send the original if you wish).
- Mail your green budget card back.
- Mail all items to the following address:

Once received, your request will be processed for a refund. If you used a credit card to add value to your budget card, a credit will be made to the same credit card. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may be 5–10 days before the credit shows on your credit card statement.
If you used cash or check to add value to your budget card, your refund will be by check. Be sure to include your current street address and apartment number on the form. Checks should usually be received within 2-3 weeks.
